No you do not need it! We always highly recommend it but if budget is a concern at all- Many of our brides just book us for the day! While the event planner and coordinator are more in charge of making sure the wedding runs smoothly and taking care of the vendors; many just need us for themselves! As your very own bridal and groom assistant our job is making sure we take care of YOU! We take care of your bridal party and guests as well. Have some lipstick on your teeth anyone- We will tell you for photos and in general! Are your feet hurting- We will get your flats! Need any assistance with your dress. Let us help! So many things we do- These are just 3 small things. Do not ask your mother or mother- in- law to be to help you on this one special day! Let them enjoy your wedding too! Something they have also dreamed of since you were little! This is ideal for the Bride who has everything under control herself as far as vendors and her venue but is thoughtful enough to still think of others (including her mama and mama to be/bridesmaids) to enjoy the day also.

We are very easy to work with! Most of the time many couples will pay the deposit and than make payments on the rest! Super easy! Getting married in 12-18 months? Your looking after your deposit a small monthly payment each month to have someone take the stress from you! We love helping our brides out in whatever way's we can! For most couples they love our financial option of making monthly payments as it is easier to afford this way and manage and we do not charge any interest on this! I always say you are investing in the most important day of your life. You are putting so much money into your vendors; yes for the two of you- but most of the money to vendors is for your guests! Everything you have at the wedding is of course for the two of you to enjoy but lets be honest most of it is for the guests experience also. Why not book something for yourself! Great question! No! Happily Ever After started out just doing weddings yes but we wanted to add other events into the mix to continue our trusted relationships with our clients! Many clients who started out with having us as their wedding planner later go on to use us later on in life. We want to be in all your important milestone moments throughout your life! We are about creating relationships that matter! We do elopements, anniversary parties, and baby showers too!

Wedding coordinators are professionals who have experience and industry relationships that will allow the brides wedding vision to come to life. As soon as you get engaged is recommended. Dates are booked well in advance and the sooner we begin planning, the better! If you are interested in the Signature Package, we recommend booking as soon as you have secured your date & venue.
